1. Welcome to MintPoll

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MintPoll website, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by MintPoll LLC. By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using MintPoll, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility, Accounts, and Account Security

To use MintPoll, you must create an account using a sign-in method we support. You agree to the following:

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account and receive payouts.
  • Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and non-misleading information, including profile details and payout information.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.
  • Account Availability: We may limit, refuse, or restrict account creation or use when we detect abuse, excessive account creation from a device or network, or other suspicious activity.

3. Surveys, Offers, and Rewards

MintPoll allows users to earn rewards by completing surveys, offers, and other eligible activities made available through our research and advertising partners or directly through MintPoll.

  • Credits: Rewards may be tracked in credits. Unless otherwise stated, 1000 credits equals $1.00 USD in payout value.
  • Availability: Survey and offer availability varies by profile, region, account standing, partner inventory, and other eligibility rules. We do not guarantee that any particular opportunity will be available to you.
  • Qualification and Screening: You may be screened out, disqualified, or otherwise found ineligible for opportunities before or after starting them. Partner quality reviews and validation checks may affect whether a reward is finalized.
  • Promotional Rewards: MintPoll may offer additional promotional rewards, including onboarding rewards, daily check-ins, featured opportunities, or limited-time promotions. These promotions may be modified, paused, or removed at any time.
  • No Guaranteed Earnings: MintPoll does not guarantee any minimum amount of earnings, survey volume, or offer availability.

4. Payouts

Eligible rewards may be redeemed for cash payouts through PayPal, subject to our review procedures and the rules below.

  • Minimum Payout and Increments: Payouts currently require a minimum balance of $5.00 and must be requested in $5 increments, unless MintPoll states otherwise.
  • PayPal Email Lock: The PayPal email address you provide for payouts is locked after it is first set and cannot be changed through the Service.
  • Payout Review and Hold Periods: Payout requests may be subject to a holding or review period before funds are released. Hold periods may vary by user, payout request, reward history, partner validation, fraud or risk review, and other account integrity checks. Estimated payout timelines are not guaranteed, and the timing of one payout does not guarantee the timing of future payouts.
  • Payout Review Period: All payout requests are subject to review before funds are released. This review may include fraud, risk, and reward-validity checks.
  • Network and Account Restrictions: Payouts may be unavailable from certain networks or while using VPNs or proxies when our systems or settings block payout requests from those environments. Restricted accounts are not eligible to request payouts.
  • Email and Account Validation: We may reject a payout request if the payout email is invalid, high-risk, already associated with another account, or otherwise fails our validation checks.
  • Reversals, Delays, and Cancellations: Research partners may reverse or adjust previously awarded rewards, including after a payout request has been submitted. If validation, reversals, or account review affect your eligible balance or payout status, MintPoll may delay, cancel, or decline the payout. When appropriate, eligible credits may be returned to your account balance and you may re-request a payout once your balance is sufficient again.
  • Payment Provider Terms: PayPal or other payment providers may apply their own terms, reviews, delays, or limitations to any transfer.

5. Prohibited and Restricted Conduct

You may not use MintPoll in any fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or unlawful manner. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

  • False or Misleading Information: Providing false profile details, identity information, payout details, or inconsistent responses designed to manipulate eligibility or rewards.
  • Duplicate or Manipulated Accounts: Creating or using multiple accounts, rotating devices or networks to evade limits, or otherwise attempting to circumvent account restrictions.
  • Reward Abuse: Attempting to improperly claim, duplicate, reverse-engineer, or manipulate survey rewards, referrals, promotional rewards, or payout flows.
  • Automation and Interference: Using bots, scripts, emulators, scraping tools, or any automated or semi-automated methods to access the Service or interact with partner opportunities.
  • Security Circumvention: Attempting to probe, test, bypass, or defeat security, anti-fraud, authentication, or validation measures.
  • VPN or Proxy Evasion: Using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to evade geographic, network, eligibility, fraud, or payout restrictions.
  • Unlawful Use: Using the Service in violation of applicable law, partner requirements, or these Terms.

6. Account Restrictions, Suspensions, and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, ghost, or terminate an account, and may withhold, cancel, or reverse rewards or payouts, if we determine in our sole discretion that an account presents fraud, abuse, compliance, or security risk.

This may include, for example, accounts associated with repeated VPN or proxy detections, abnormal account creation from a device or IP range, high-risk payout information, duplicate-account activity, manipulation of rewards, or other violations of these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings where available. Deleting your account may result in loss of access to pending or unredeemed rewards, subject to applicable law and our posted account deletion terms.

7. Privacy and Security

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. To operate the Service, prevent fraud, and review payouts, we may process technical and account-related signals such as device, locale, timezone, network, payout, and partner-validation data.

8. Intellectual Property

MintPoll LLC retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all software, branding, content, designs, interfaces, and related intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of any part of the Service except as permitted by law.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • As Is: MintPoll is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or ongoing access to any specific partner, survey, offer, reward, or payout method.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintPoll LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, on our website, or by email. Your continued use of the Service after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
