MintPoll is a consumer rewards app that connects users with surveys, offers, and other earning opportunities from MintPoll and our research, advertising, and payment partners. By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

Website and service logs: standard log data such as browser or device type, referring URLs, timestamps, and diagnostic information.

Survey and offer partners: eligibility, completion, validation, reward, and reversal information related to opportunities you access through MintPoll.
Authentication, analytics, and infrastructure providers: information necessary to authenticate users, operate the Service, detect abuse, and measure app performance.

Service providers: with vendors and platforms that help us operate MintPoll, including hosting, authentication, analytics, notifications, support, and payment-related services.
Survey, offer, and reward partners: when necessary to present partner opportunities, validate participation, attribute completions, review reversals, prevent fraud, or issue rewards. These signals may include device identifiers, IP-derived information, VPN or proxy detection, locale and timezone information, payout email validation, duplicate-account indicators, referral integrity checks, analytics-derived country information, and other consistency or anomaly checks.

These signals may be used to flag, review, delay, restrict, reverse, or deny rewards, payouts, promotions, referrals, account creation, or account access when we detect elevated fraud, policy, or security risk.

6. Data Retention and Security

Security: We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information, including protections for data in transit and at rest where appropriate. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention: We retain information for as long as needed to operate the Service, maintain your account, process rewards and payouts, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
